As Jason Mraz sings: If your lost, just relax, and be where your feet are. And then you listed that too. Great minds! ;) I'm also SO with you on not believing all our thoughts. They can make us crazy when we do, and yet, we default to trusting them. A HUGE thing that life coaching opened my eyes to is how our thoughts generate our emotions, which then drive our behaviors. Get to and change the thought/story beneath it all, and everything else changes. Thank you for letting me ramble a bit. ๐ซถ๐ฝ
