Brilliant as usual, Chloe! I meant to restack it with a note, saying one didn't need to identify as an "over thinker" for this to be fantastic, but hit the wrong button. ๐Ÿ˜‚ As soon as I read #1, my first thought was: Be where your feet are. As Jason Mraz sings: If your lost, just relax, and be where your feet are. And then you listed that too. Great minds! ;) I'm also SO with you on not believing all our thoughts. They can make us crazy when we do, and yet, we default to trusting them. A HUGE thing that life coaching opened my eyes to is how our thoughts generate our emotions, which then drive our behaviors. Get to and change the thought/story beneath it all, and everything else changes. Thank you for letting me ramble a bit. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ
