This week marks the final week of the first Joy Unplugged cohort, and it’s a properly bittersweet moment.
This cohort has been such a ride — 8 weeks of nervous system magic, micro-moment joy, boundaries, breath, and real-life integration (“Joy Unplugged has changed the way my brain works!”) — and this week we’re closing with something special: a guided visualisation I created called Living in Joyful Alignment.
So special, I’ve decided it should be available outside of Joy Unplugged and a part of the paid Joyful tier, too (learn more about upgrading here).
It’s a grounding, gently expansive journey where I walk you into a vision of your future self — the one who wakes up with joyful intention, finds small bursts of delight in the mundane, and sets boundaries without the internal drama.
This you isn’t a far-off fantasy. She’s already here, and this visualisation is a way to meet her now.
If you’re part of the paid Joyful tier, you can listen to the full guided session right now inside The Yoga Revolution library. It’s there for you to return to anytime you need a reset, or a reminder that joy is not just a treat — it’s your baseline.
Not a paid member yet?
Joyful is the only newsletter that teaches burned-out and overwhelmed women how to feel genuinely better through easy-going nervous system regulation.
And inside the full tier, classes like this one don’t just give you ‘something to try’, they give you the exact tools to turn calm into your default setting.
If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll slow down when life calms down, that day isn’t coming. The change starts when you decide it does — and everything you need for a more joyful life is waiting inside.
PS. The waitlist for Joy Unplugged is open and I’ll be opening up the next cohort in September. Join the waitlist now for early-bird perks coming up later this month.
PPS. My lack of ‘proper’ writing this week is down to those pesky kids (sort of)… I’m currently away with my partner’s very lively family — two kids under two, four dogs, beach chaos, the whole shebang — so you can bet I’ll be pressing play on this visualisation a few times myself.
I promise I’m writing good things in the background that will land later this month (ever read Frankenstein?… 😏 taking what’s-Chloe-writing-next guesses on a postcard).
