Welcome, my friend. This is the place where we recognise life is too short to be anything less than joyful (and way too short to skip dessert). I’m Chloe, and it’s my mission to help ambitious, world-bettering folk like you finally stop running on stress and start living more joyfully—in a way that actually lasts.

We talk about movement, mindfulness, habits, and mindsets; hard things, beautiful things, and the things you should be doing that actually make a difference in your life (hint: it’s not crow-barring more self-care into your day at any cost).

This is about shifting from hustle to happy; helping you find more fulfilment, purpose, energy, balance, goodness, aliveness… because when you’re feeling all that good stuff, you can’t help but make the world even brighter.

Hi, I’m Chloe Markham

Yogi, philosopher, pastry fan, music lover… my mission is to make the world a more joyful place.

At 17 I wanted to connect with the ocean and have some adventures, so I took up surfing and quickly fell in love. 

But, you could say I was a bit of a potato—even getting a wetsuit on was a hardcore workout—so I decided to do something about it.

Enter: yoga.

9 years later, after building my own sell-out, multi-award-winning yoga studio with 900+ 5 star reviews, it spanned way more than just movement; yoga became an experience I used to take people on a journey to total joy (learn more about how I do that here). 

I know what it’s like to think burnout is normal, to be missing out because of stress, and to only dream of living a slower life where health, balance, and happiness are prioritised. 

I believe life’s too short to not feel alive, joyful, and balanced every single day. 

I love yoga, getting outdoors, eating nice things, and listening to good music. I play the piano like an overenthusiastic 12-year-old, and I’ve been attempting to play the violin since 2020 but I still sound like a dying animal, and I think music can better most things (especially yoga and movement).

My idea of success:

- Living a life that feels balanced, where thriving is the norm, not burnout

- Being healthy, happy, slow, and relaxed more often than stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed

- The ability to see challenges as opportunities, and to find peace, even in tough moments

- Living with clarity, contentment, and easy access to baked goods

  • GHP Fitness & Nutrition called me a trailblazer for my significant contribution to health and wellness, and hailed me as ‘the best Joyful Living Coach’ in 2024

  • Northern Enterprise recognised my platform The Yoga Revolution as being ‘the best online yoga and meditation classes provider’
